Bullfrog

Posted by Camillus (Shunfu, Singapore) on 28 April 2007 in Animal & Insect and Portfolio.

Frog meat, when cooked properly, is tender and succulent. This frog is destined for the platter, but that doesn't excuse poor husbandry. Hundreds of frogs are kept in square pens little more than 2m long. Everyday, the enclosure is hosed and drained, with little regard for the animals inside. This pen was relatively empty.
