A Path Beyond

This is the only entrance to a resort situated on a rocky outcrop beside the coast on Pulau Redang, Malaysia. The interesting thing is, the foot of the boardwalk (not shown in the picture) is flooded knee-deep during the high tide.

I wore jeans when I explored the beach on the first evening. Just before dinner on my way back, I found to my great dismay that the tide had come in - I missed my dinner, along with another fellow tourist.
